Spectrum Mobile is the fastest-growing mobile service provider in the United States. When I took over as the lead content designer for the Spectrum Mobile Account app,  the service's account management app, the app had a 1.5-star rating on both iTunes and Google Play.

Working alongside our UX/UI design, product, and engineering teams, the app became a 4.5-star rated app. For this app, I worked on all aspects of account managements, billing, settings, and more.
