Activation is one of the most challenging activities for Spectrum Mobile customers. I worked with our design team to design a simplified activation experience that was clear, simple, and pleasant to use.

In testing, our updated experience far exceeded the existing experience that we inherited from another vendor. Testers frequently commented on how the language helped them clearly understand any actions that they needed to take and the activation process.
