To support the launch of Cash App Taxes (formerly Credit Karma Tax), I wrote over 50 marketing and transactional emails sent to customers using the service to file their federal and state taxes for free.

At the time, this was the largest email campaign in Cash App's history. I wrote all of the campaign emails in about 2 weeks so that they could start going out to customers in time for launch.

The launch email I wrote was retweeted by Jack Dorsey and helped introduce the product to Cash App's tens of millions of customers.
