I was the lead UX writer for the Spectrum News app's relaunch in July 2020. I worked with the product and design teams to rebuild the app from the ground up. We leveraged existing features and introduced new functionality, including live TV, location-based local news, and trials for Spectrum's 20+ million subscribers.

From onboarding to settings, trial messages to error messages, I wrote all messages from start to finish for the app's relaunch. A month after launch, the app went from a 2-star rating to a 4.5-star rating, and many reviewers mentioned the improved usability of the app.
