During the 2020 election season, I was the lead UX writer for the Spectrum News app. I wrote labels and supported our design team with ideas to help our election results look balanced and unbiased.

In addition to content that we were providing, we partnered with a third-party service (BallotReady) to provide voting info for customers. I wrote an introduction to let customers know about the partnership.
