Charter Communications customers use Spectrum.net to manage their accounts, pay their bills, and get support from the second-largest cable operator in the United States.

For this project, I wrote UX copy to help migrate and onboard millions of former Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks customers to a new website experience on Spectrum.net.
