The Google Play Console (formerly Google Play Developer Console) is used by Android Developers to release apps and games on Google Play, the world's largest app store. I managed all support content for the Google Play Console.

In addition to managing support articles, I worked on in-product announcements, contact forms, and designed the "Contact Us" flow. I improved customer satisfaction with key user journeys by 30%.

Similar to the work I did on the Google Play Help Center, I reduced the number of steps in the "Contact Us" flow by 70% with no measurable increase in inbound contacts. I also program managed the addition of proactive chat to the Help Center, a feature that improved user satisfaction with chat support by 30% quarter over quarter.
