After being acquired, Credit Karma Tax became Cash App Taxes. To let customers know that they could file their taxes with Cash App instead, I wrote the landing page for Credit Karma Tax. I wrote key messages, adopted tone to match the one they had used, and developed value propositions that aligned with what customers were used to seeing from Credit Karma.
