To create a more secure experience and fulfill IRS requirements, customers need to create a separate password to use Cash App Taxes. Customers that prefer to use their computer would need to scan a unique QR code to use Cash App Taxes.
For this unusual authentication experience, I wrote copy that explained the need for creating a password and how customers would need to switch back and forth between devices to log in.
