Working on a cross-functional team with customer operations, marketing, and design, I wrote the self-installation guides for our Spectrum WiFi Pods, which help customers have better WiFi coverage throughout their homes.

With my background in support content, I volunteered to write our self-installation kits for Internet, Home Phone, WiFi, and more that support over 20 million Spectrum customers.
