To help customers know the most important things happening with their account, we created a variety of greeting messages on the Spectrum Mobile Account home screen.

With these messages, we let customers know if they have devices to activate, packages to track, a combination of the two, and more. We took what was previous static text and turned it into something that provided value to our customers.
