We designed and launched a new feature that let Spectrum Mobile customers manually make payments using their app. Prior to this feature, all customers used Auto Pay to pay their bills.

With its simple, straightforward experience, this feature was one of Spectrum Mobile's most successful product launches. It was instantly adopted by customers during a time when Spectrum Mobile was the fastest-growing mobile provider in the United States.
