“Car Bomb” 21-15-9 Pullups/Box Jumps (probably my two best movements)
Finished in 2:38, felt great the whole way, even though I lost my rhythm on the butterflies a bit.
I got a baseline overhead squat too, just 100#, got some serious work to do here!
Loved this kind of sprint WOD. It was more about the mental aspect of not stopping rather than strength (and well, I suck at heavy weights and love plyo, so this was right in my wheelhouse).
