While I’m sure it looks like I’m about to take a dump on the carpet to any passerbys, I’m currently using this layover to practice sitting in a full squat position for extended periods of time.
I’m taking three airplanes today and I’m hoping my hips won’t be destroyed from sitting for hours upon hours.
Can’t wait to WOD with the Crossfit New England crew tomorrow! Catching my next flight after five good minutes in the squat!
